Enjoy all of the conveniences of home in one of our one-bedroom, ocean-view Suites. Each features a kitchen area with full size stove and refrigerator, ocean-view living area with foldout sleeper sofa, as well as an over-sized private balcony to take in the wondrous ocean views.

This room is furnished with two queen beds, as well as a sleeper-sofa, and can sleep up to 5. The Pet Friendly Queen Room features an ocean view, a balcony, and tile floors.

3 BEDROOM COTTAGE - SLEEPS 8

Eagle’s Perch is an immaculate, spacious, three bedroom cottage featuring spectacular Mountain Views of Acadia National Park, as well as distant Ocean Views of Frenchman Bay. “Perched“ up high on a hill, it is conveniently located just close enough to downtown Bar Harbor, but at the same time, just far enough away to feel like a retreat. Access to Acadia National Park is just a stones throw away from Eagles Perch!

The first floor features a king bedroom, full bathroom with laundry, kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony which overlooks the mountains of Acadia National Park. The second floor features a Master King bedroom with sleeper sofa as well as a Queen bedroom which is also furnished with a sleeper sofa. There is a full bath that can be accessed from the Master bedroom and the hall. The cottage is outfitted with hardwood floors throughout and a gas fireplace in the living room. Sorry, pets are not permitted at Eagles Perch.

Eagle’s Perch is located at 5 Norman Road, just minutes from Acadia National Park, the Park Loop Road, hiking trails and carriage roads.


All the pleasures of downtown Bar Harbor are within a short walk and even shorter drive.
